Living Arrangements:
All cottages have two bedrooms. Cottage 1 has a double and single bed in one bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. Cottages 2, 4, 5, 7 and the mobile home have two singles and a queen. Cottages 3 & 6 have a single and double in one bedroom and two singles in the second.  Cottage 8 has two singles and a double. All the cottages have a deck and Cottages 1 and 8 also have enclosed porches. 

Completely furnished, each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, glassware, cookware and silverware. Blankets and pillows are provided. Guest must bring their own sheets, bath and kitchen towels, 13-gallon clear or white trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap. Cable hookups are available if you would like to bring a television. A limited number of television sets, linens and towels are available for rent and must be reserved in advance for those people unable to travel with these items.

All the cottages have been completely remodeled and have modernized bathrooms and kitchens, including ceramic top stoves and microhoods.

Our mission is to provide guests with clean and pleasant living quarters while they enjoy the view, fishing, boating, tourist attractions, relaxing or socializing.

Expectations:
1) That your cottage is left in the same condition as when you arrived
2) That guests respect occupants in the other cottages.

Restrictions:
Our cottages are smoke free and we do not allow pets.

Payment:
Once we confirm your date and cottage, we require payment of 50% of the total to reserve your cottage. You can mail us a check or money order. While we do not have the ability to accept credit cards, you can use your credit card to pay us through PayPal if you have an account or want to establish a PayPal account.
